Polycarbonate semi-finished lens blanks with in-house dip hard coating
Polycarbonate lens blanks produced on our own line in Xiamen, with the hard coat applied in-house by dip coating. The hard coat is the base layer that protects the lens surface against everyday wear and the repeated cleaning that follows.
What defines this product

Impact-resistant base
Polycarbonate absorbs impact energy rather than fracturing — the reason it is the standard base material for protective and sport eyewear.

Dip-applied hard coat
Applied before functional treatment so the surface is protected ahead of any further coating stage.

Blank variety
Round blanks from 50 to 80 mm diameter, and cylindrical blanks from 160 to 180 mm long.

Cutting to order
Uncut blank, cut to circle, cut to a stated dimension, or cut to your own drawing or CAD file.
