TAC polarized lenses use a cellulose triacetate substrate and are available as finished lenses and semi-finished blanks. A built-in polarizing filter layer reduces reflected glare from roads and water. Solid tints, gradients and colorful REVO coatings are available. TAC is a widely used polarized sunglass lens material for driving, fishing and outdoor travel.
